The enstilar is incredible for sclap psoriasis but it does get resistant so I usually alternate between creams. WebbAdd some water and lather onto scalp. Make sure to work up to 10 mins bc it is an acid, so start with 2-3 minutes and go from there. You can also apply regular shampoo in the shower, rinse, apply the Salicylic Acid for 2-3 mins, rinse, and then conditioner all over like regular. It will dry your hair out so only use on scalp.
