Web5 dec. 2024 · Having spoken to technical support, we found a solution. Remove the new sim (with ported number) and put it into an old phone. Turn on and send a text. Then, put new sim back into new phone and turn back on. This seems to reset the imei number on the sim card. New phone with ported number is now working properly.
