WebGreataxe per se, is not the worst weapon to "survive" with, the adrenaline rush is pretty underrated, combine it with a spin and you go wrooom wroom, and when both goes on CD, you still have lets say wanderlust on shoes for another wroom wroom. It has saved my ass a lot of time, just warping out of a dungeon. WebFor Solo Random Dungeons, I personally run Greataxe, Mage Cowl, Mercenary Jacket and Boots, with a Thetford cape (reasonably cheap non-artifact set). There are more optimized builds for it like Stalker Jacket, Judicator Helmet, and Cultist sandals.
